Wat is er met die 28 miljard euro voor het klimaat gebeurd?
Het kabinet-Rutte IV – destijds vertegenwoordigd door klimaatminister Jetten – presenteerde in april 2023 een plan om een extra reductie van 22 megaton aan CO2-uitstoot te realiseren. De in het plan genoemde 28 miljard euro is een totaalbedrag dat uit het toenmalige Klimaatfonds en andere middelen werd gereserveerd voor ongeveer 120 klimaatmaatregelen tot en met 2030. De redactie van Indepen vroeg zich af; waaraan is dat geld besteed, hoeveel ervan werd tot dusver uitgegeven en waar is dat bedrag vandaan gehaald?
