Jaspers schreef na de bestseller De stikstoffuik het boek De klimaatoptimist. Daarin legt hij uit dat we geen reden hebben om in paniek te raken over klimaatverandering.

Javier Vinós over de Hunga Tonga-uitbarsting en de uitzonderlijke klimaatgevolgen
Tijdens een recente ICSF/Clintel-lezing stelde dr. Javier Vinós dat de uitbarsting van Hunga Tonga (15 januari 2022) de belangrijkste oorzaak was van de uitzonderlijke mondiale klimaatafwijkingen in 2023-2024. Volgens hem betreft het de eerste meerjarige wereldwijde klimaatgebeurtenis in circa 80 jaar, waarvan de oorzaken verkeerd worden geduid.
Ook vrouwen trekken nu van leer tegen de klimaatagenda
In de klimaatdiscussie zijn het vooral oudere, vaak gepensioneerde mannelijke wetenschappers die de strijd aangaan tegen het heersende paradigma. Vrouwelijke sceptici zie je maar heel weinig. Toch komt daar de laatste tijd verandering in. Zowel in de wetenschap als de media trekken vrouwen steeds vaker hun mond open tegen wat zij zien als een angstaanjagende en maatschappij-ontwrichtende agenda. Een goede ontwikkeling.
Rechter wijst klimaatdogma af en begint integriteit te herstellen
In een belangrijke stap richting wetenschappelijke verantwoording heeft een Amerikaanse federale rechter een controversieel hoofdstuk over klimaatverandering uit een belangrijk juridisch referentieboek verwijderd. De beslissing daagt de dominantie van het modelgebaseerde klimaatnarratief in de rechtbanken uit en legt opnieuw de nadruk op empirisch bewijs en institutionele integriteit.
